Regular window panel up to 12 sq. ft counts as 1 Regular window. Window panel more than 12 sq. ft as 1.5 or 2 Regular windows, depending on size.

Window Washing includes cleaning exterior and interior windows (glass only) to remove dirt and grime for a spot-free finish. If you would like hard water stains removed and/or screens, tracks, window sills, frames to be cleaned cobwebs removed please advise so we can adjust our proposal.
Prices are approximate and should be confirmed with office. An additional fee might be applied for any hard access to the windows, such as bushes & trees or use of any ladders inside the house. Technician will provide an estimate before starting the work.
Houses requiring a 32 ft ladder are subject to an additional charge.
